As a Sandwraith you must play the tank hybrid role because of your passive which returns the damage done to you to all enemy heroes, so your duty is to get in group of 5 enemies and just let them hit you, which if they are smart they won't because for example: Pyromancer and Witch Slayer And Deadwood cast their ults on you = Quad kill for you. The point is that you must have as much as hp you can and make the enemies hit you when they are all close.
Your ult is good for running/chasing and your sand is good for chasing / harrasing.
