How about instead of using full on aimbot, which is obvious on killcams. Why not instead make an improved version of the console's aim assist. I would work as follows, when you move your mouse over an enemy the cursor would lock onto the enemy using whichever bodypart you would usually go for such as headshots or the less obvious bodyshots. I don't know if anyone had the idea yet so if someone has done it already please let me know.

There are such sorts of Aimbots. Like they Aim to the nearest position your crosshair actually aims at / doesn't aim too often at the same bone part / with an HS%-rate etc.
The real question: Is it possible to add something like that in Overwatch, or does Blizzards Game do not "support" such function in the way it does work in other games? That's something which just a coder for Overwatch can answer you.
