How to make alliancy unusable or disabled?

I don't know how, if it's even possible, but I have to ask why would you want to do that?

Some of my favourite times in iRohan involved co-operating with another guild, working together and sharing the spoils of war.

I think the owner want all war on game without mercy +20 %100 rate on game
