i've tried to compare it to other propskill but still not fixed.

Skill cooldown is Resource...

hmmm as you've said i already compared my propskill.txt/txt.txt and propskillad.csv
and it doesn't have difference w/ other resource,
as i've observed the cooldown isn't working with the skill even in the icon it shows that it's cooling down it still doesnt have a cooldown time.

any ideas what function this is?

Check any Data, maybe the File Developer removed something
