About Csv edit

Hello ppl !, i'm been out of hacking,playing CrossFire.
I already data unpacked the pack04 and will edit it but have some dubtz

1. Is Editing csv working ?
2. wat tools do i need ( e.g. ReXIGNation (Anti-Xigncode+CRC Bypass)) or Unpack GlobalDekaron dekaron.exe ?
3. do the GMDetect hack work at editing csv ?

1. Rexignation has got some trouble with the csv editing.
2. Excel + Antixigncode+crcbypass + I prefere unpacked globaldekaron.
3. No clue :)
