Is there a way to activate/increase exp or drop rate on Action 9 server without restarting whole server? I know about formula.ini edit but that needs server restart. Im looking for a easy way known from A2 where GM write command /gm expratio 2.0 and itemdropratio. Anyone has some software for it or found a similiar way?
