I think it is a great Idea to have a Paragon Section. The Game is not the smallest with 5,7 Million registered User.
You forgot to add a poll to have a better overview if there are a lot of people here playing the game.
So good luck and hopefully we'll have a Paragon Section soon.

We'll keep it in mind in the future but currently there are no plans to open such a forum.
