[Help] Basic Editing

Is there a way to change the;
1. Skidmark colours
2. HUD Colors
3. Tire offset on cars w/o it crashing?
I'd guess you need NFSVlted (which I have.)

I know, that isn't posible, as I asked about spoilers long time ago (No matter how much you try to edit the code, the result is always the same), maybe you can answer where I can find the paint wheel file, just to replace the versions the game gave
