[1/15][Hack] Fast ROF.

Again, another in my series of garbage, noobish, unstable CheatEngine trainers for Planetside: ROF.

you can't set the ROF yourself, very sorry :) I could have probably added user input, but it would have been a pain in my ass and taken too much time, and I must depart for the night.

This is all a series of stuff that I would like to introduce into a nice package to be injected into the game with a nice menu system. But for now, it isn't :)

This is now deprecated as my DLL is much more stable and cooler :).
