Talisman socketing

So is there currently any exploitable quest to help socket the talismans?
the windbell quest has been patched i believe because you can't drop the necky's anymore. so if anyone knows of another quest i can use or any other way i would like to know :)

Offtopic; If your Avater is you Mainchar I wouldnt show the name. Just safer without showing any data.

the blazer isnt my characters name its jst a title i gave myself i guess. :)
