Searching help to hack a game

I'm trying to hack a game(Not S4) if you interested in helping me you can msg me here on skype (chrimanzo16) the game don't even have an anti-cheat but have a check if programs like cheat-engine are opened i tried to make a multiclient too but i failed. i search for someone that can show me how to bypass things like that and do a simple multiclient. i will appriciate soo much.
