I've been looking around and such and I don't want to be the normal person screaming and complaining about free ITC's and how I keep crashing because of it. I've seen people tell others that they can either buy it or create it, since I have no money I was wondering where I'd have to go to create it or how I'd be able to create an ITC. :D

People hate when Zyntex or Faze make fun of them, however if you are really trying, you don't leech other shit and say I can hack, you don't just gain thanks to look cool then they will respect you and give u credits.
I was once a jerk, I made stupid hacks to get thanks and show that I am cool, but my knowledge is very bad.
I am now trying to learn, I struggle because of the school, however whenever I have free time I surf the internet and find tutorials and read them.
Learn Reverse Engineering (the ability to change functions in game) learn the basics and be patient, ask for help but don't ask dummy questions and I am pretty sure they will support you.
