hmmmm, i play on kylin just like those dudes.... an its true they lose their pk points fast!! lol..... maybe pk points are clientside?
10/11/2005 15:47 unknownone#3
They arent clientside.
10/11/2005 15:49 L3athalSerph#4
hmmm really, then do u got any idea how they could have done it?
10/11/2005 19:05 stupoty#5
im guessing speed hack u get programs that can speed up 40x maybe they use them
10/11/2005 19:08 unknownone#6
A speedhack program only works clientside. PK points are lowered server side, one every 5/6 minutes.
Anyone loweing pk points fast isnt using a 'hack' as such, but abusing a bug.

I'd really could use that one
I wanna get my 30k pk pts pker down to 0 again so I'm gonan try finding the bug T_T

Hypothesis.

The 0x03f1 ping packets. I'm guessing that there's no actual timer running server side for lowering PK points as it would be a waste of a thread. It's possible that it counts the number of 0x3f1 stay alive/ping packets and uses that as a basis of time measurement for lowering PK points. Seeing as those packets are generated client side, sending more of them than the client normally sends may speed up things that count them.

Of course I could be totally wrong but hey, i'm unemployed leave me alone.

dropping pk points is easy.It requires no "hack" to do it either.

When a person is red, everytime someone pk's them they lose 1 pnt..So all that is needed is for a friend that is a watertao to rev/kill em over and over and u can lose 99 pnts within minutes back to zero..

This is how i have always done it i am assuming that is how they accomplished it also..I could be wrong.

how about sending a packet to the server saying you just died? would that work?

Havent played for a long time but if it works my question is: does it also works with a person who is black?(because you told "when a person is red")
