well will write what I know...
Mainly all warrior skills like dragon storms or CC or FC etc are using own additonal animations attached on character - track etc part...
without this skill wouldnt have any effect showing up on usage. So in order to make this happen on monsters - maybe some edition under 3dmotion.ini would be needed (but I never tested or tried even). Still this would require to add animations for each monster look you wanna see it happening ;)
so this is all under this case I can think about at current momment.
