need help with packets

ok.. i havent figured out how to repair without unequipping. i spent like 13 hours trying to figure it out but i cant seem to find out the correct way. i used COpac and all the other programs but i cant figure it out, maybe someone can tell me how to do it correctly. thx

1. run CO
2. run COPAC
3. check "log", uncheck "no garbage"
4. repair and item as you would normally do at NPC
5. find a packet that will look something liek this: 14 00 F1 03 5B F6 CD 04 00 00 00 00 0E 00 00 00 83 2D 80 00 (except it will be divided into two lines and will have some unimportant writing on the right side)
6. save the packet in Notepad
7. copy and paste the packet into COPAC whenever you wanna repair and click "Send"
