Is it possible to get IP Banned?

Hey guys.

I wanna use a Bot/Hack on a second account. Still i am afraid if i could get a IP ban when my second acc is getting banned because of hacking? Ist that possible?

What if a brother in the same houseshold would play cabal too. They can't make a IP Ban. They would punish another guy for his brothers fault?

even if would be that bad. just reconnect your router to get a new ip or use a vpn

on cabal europe you cant create new account with proxy so i think they blocked vpn?
