about garment .c3

i'm making garment look like lvl 120 trojan-water/fire- armor
but i can't find them mesh ".c3"
how can i find it easily?
i have all program btw and find id in Armor.ini but the mesh code which in armor.ini Not identical with any mesh in Mesh folder

and i need this program
c3.wdb extractor
direct link cause all links in website can not complete the download to 100%

extract the c3.wdf so you can see all the c3 files.
