Help how to clean Website files

can any one help me with how to clean my website files?

By "cleaning", you mean ... what exactly? Removing attached trojans? Infested malware? PHP-leaks? Coded weak spots? Low size images?

Be more precise ... ffs.

you can search for c99.php
or look in php files 1 by 1

Back then, when I had no clue which silkroad version I should use, I got trapped into fucknobyls Trojan shit, which attached itself to more than just some website files.

The solution was using malwarebytes and the always very aggressive heuristic scan method of Kaspersky. Try them, after you have taken a look into each file in a safe/quarantined environment (inside a VM for instance).
