how not to be caught hacking

i was caught 2 times hacking in private server.
I wonder how admin caught me since i was in a map with no other players around, there were no one see me hacking at all.
I wonder how to stay under radar and not be caught again

GMs can be on invisible mode :facepalm: but they can't follow you in dungeons,so that's a safety place

i really want to know if an admin is able to see if i'm hacking when i stand next to him and turn on my hack but not using it.
