replacer.exe broken

Hey guys,
when i patch my client i get an error "cannot complete patching because replacer.exe file is broken"

does anyone know what to do?

First of all ... which files are you using? vSRO 188/193, twSRO, jSRO, crapSRO-R, ...
If you know which base you have, just get a clean and vanilla "replacer.exe" from another source.
