[SR_ShardManager Error] Need help to fix this error

this error start by it self and the game always crash after few mites after this error

i'm using CSro-R server files/db cap 120

This is related to the job temple sechduel and it cause no crash

my server is simple a normal pc it hang and all login clients stop move that is why it crash to me. I'm just login with 6 accounts and before this error all work fine

Hi, I have a problem similar to CSRO-R files. My Sr_shardmanager goes red after a while and does not allow anyone to connect to the server and I have protection against exploits and everything else and some error in Sr_shardmanager does anyone know how to solve it? I thank you
