Best vps for price?

I need a good VPS hosted in the US. Needs to not be super expensive but needs to be midrange. Any help will be appreciated. And maybe one that another server uses that is proven to be good.

(to host my server obviously)

Server has 150-200 ppl.

The one I currently have gets random spikes and shit. Just dumb.
