[HELP]CoAccountServer is not working

hello,
i changed accserver.ini , config.ini and data.ini and try again but its not working.

This is my Npc and Msg server ;
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

click on the CoAccountServer.exe will not open.

i click on the acc.exe it gives this error;

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

what can I do?

And unless you enjoy any user logging into any account, you should consider a different server.
