Yes, it's a bug. Like helmer said, it happened a long time ago on VIP and the server was on check to fix this problem (GM was crazy of that shit :D).

That has happen before in mysro , but it self-fixed . After some bugged unique spawns , the uniques stopped appearing . Got like 12 tg's that night .

it wasnt like 12 tg's it was more and other uniques spawned too
