Longer Flying Time

I was thinking about trying to do this, but I have almost no experience in hexes nor do I know how to edit C3 files. What do I use to edit them? With notepad and wordpad, they come out "encrypted"...

maybe you should brush up on your english
swap the 60 sec fly into the 40 sec fly.
meaning instead of the 40 second of fly time, we get 60 second of fly time.
