i can`t use powerups, I start them but nothing happens

Copy the NFSW.exe from the server's folder to your NFSW/data folder (where NFSW.exe is), replacing the original. Once you do that, powerups will work.

Alternatively, you can use server 1.92 which does not require this, or just learn to win races without using powerups. It's easy.
