any final solution for this problem cuz i rly searched alot but didn't find anything or is there a way to setup my own ftp without filezilla cuz i think it brings easy hacks ?

i think filezilla is not right and there are new ways to avoid hacking

LOL filezilla i just like any other ftp server applications in terms of functionality.
1. limit the maximum size of the file uploaded and the upload speed.

2. create your own ftp server & accept connections from client. check the files that are being uploaded, if they're clean and has the extension and the average size of a guild emblem you can go ahead and copy the uploaded file to your guild emblems directory. (i actually did this a long time ago and it's not bad but filezilla is still much better)

filezilla guide

1. download filezilla server from this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. install filezilla server
3. interface will automatically open shortly after you click "close" on the installer window
4. login to your server (login info are already provided click Connect)
5. click on this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] icon. a form will open
6. on the right you have Users group. Click on Add type in your Username and press OK
7. in the middle you have the Account Settings check the Password checkbox and type in your password in the textbox next to it
8. Connections Per IP. limit it to 5~10 (preferably your server's IP Limit)
9. on the left select "Shared Folders". click on "Add" and choose your Guild Emblems Folder
10. Next to the Shared Folders list there are 2 groups Files and Directories
in Files check Read, Write in Directories check List uncheck +subdirs (checked by default)
11. Click on Speed Limits (Left Side). in Download Speed Limit
check Constant Speed Limit Of specify the maximum download speed in my case 50~100k is enough
12. Upload Speed Limit. check Constant Speed Limit Of and do the same thing we did with the download speed limit (50~100k is more than enough for uploading a 1~40kb file)
13. Click the "OK" button. and click on Edit->Settings server options window will popup
14. select Autoban. Check Enable Automatic Bans checkbox. edit the amount of maximum failed attempts (5~10)

this should do the job however, filezilla doesn't have any "uploaded file size limit" feature yet.

you can enable TLS it for "secure login"

try connecting to your ftp server from a browser

ftp://myip/ or use filezilla client & try to upload a file

what ports should i open in firewall 14147 or 21 ?

2. Select Program
3. Select FileZilla Server.exe from this directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla Server" if it's not in Program Files x86 check Program Files
4. Allow Connection, specify a name for the rule and click OK.
