Nope but...
>Take Zaony.AP
>Take Effects list to read the IDs
>Open notepad
>Edit
>Replace
>Replace Rifle, Gun, Heavy Gun Defense(only head) +15% effect ID with their +7% counterpart
>Replace all SP+8 effects with SP+6
>Replace all Attack+12% with Attack+5%
>Replace all Defense+14% with Defense+5%
>Replace all HP+8 with HP+4
>Don't equip pets or remove all their stats
>Remove all HP+5/SP+5/Movement Speed+3%(replace with nothing)
>Replace all Attack +11% with Attack+1%
Here you go, you have your S5 stats!
You may also want to remove EXP+5% or other special stats only Stationary/Throwing weapons have
