Hello epvp,

I am just wondering if anyone can tell me the procedure to keep a country as a permanent feature in uri page.

My understanding:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Use a VPN to achieve IP of country
2) Email Support some 'ID' of residence within the country
3) Use only payment methods that exist within the country
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Specifically, I want this clarified. If payment country was Russian before, then a American CC was used, and it auto changed to USD. Can it be reverted back with the 3 steps above? Also, anyway to use a American CC to pay on a russian affiliated system? Or just use gift cards.

Does the country linked to a paypal account change payment country aswell?

Just use paypal,

for the past 4-5 months to now i've played just on accounts with russian/brazilian payment country and it never changed.

I don't really know about other "payment methods" but well, with paypal i'm fine since i don't need to use a russian IP to buy premium/things in-game.

For change payment country you need:

1. Bills/proofs that you live in "X" country
2. ID card copy
3. and other things

Good question. Would like to hear what others have to say about this, as I personally haven't worked it out 100%. Anyway here is everything that I know about this topic.

• On most of my accounts I use a Paypal to pay on Russia payment and it always keeps it on Russia payment
• On a 2nd acc I used Hungary payment and paid with a german PSC ---> I got the following little message.

• Paid with a german PSC on a british payment account ---> did NOT change (feelsbadman)

Looks like BP just take a look and decide which option is best for them :rolleyes:

I guess BP has settlements in different countries. And some of them (russia) may insist on "their" money. So if I create an account with RU payment and use it in Germany, the russian BP keeps it.

Not every country has its own settlement, therefore some payment countries do change

Brasil or rusia dont change.

Last months have México & turkey, buy with Spanish PayPal... And payment change :(

Most important is the country of payment method, not the ip used.

edit: Just realised that this quote could mean 2 things. Snowman can you clarify what you mean?

• Did your payment change when you used an american CC?
• Or do you want to know if it will change?

And yet 2 years ago when I was actively playing in GE5 and buying uridium my Russian payment changed to German. I only used PayPal and I don't even live in Germany.

The whole thing's a mystery.
