Best software for Videos

Hey guys,

which is the best software for recording and editing videos?

I tried Camtasia but recording with it is kinda bad, i just recorded with about 30fps. Also i need a software with which i can edit this video, like adding effects, filters and stuff.

What can you suggest me guys?

If you have an nVidia Card you can use Shadowplay to record.
To Edit any of the Programs:
Vegas, Premiere
not After Effects while you want to cut the Video, that software is only for Effects.
