Problem trying to run l2walker 10.2.3 on pserver

the server is C1
i got the ip and the port
i switched the set.ini
i try to log in and this hapens:

20:37:39 Link LoginServer Succeed.
20:37:41 Login LoginServer Succeed.
20:37:41 6 ServerFail.
20:37:41 ->Login LoginServer Fail.
