Adding wings to low version clients

Hello guys,
I've been messing with some clients edits and got stuck with a problem.
There is anyway to attach effects to garments and armors without them being stuck in your feet?

Because, If I append it using /addeffect it shows perfectly (using the OffsetY=-100)

Am I limitated to this on attaching effects to armors and garments? Because OffsetY (none of them) work if it's set to be on gears.

Just to report: using a status flag, if I change the character direction, the status will stand still.

Since there are no Wings and my server only trade visual things for donations, I was gonna add them to garments. I wanted to add those to a DarkWizard with some badass dark effect. Add the effect is easy, the hard part is fit the wings :/
