3ds max problem

Hello,i am trying to make a new costume in 3ds max but i have a problem.The bones position it seems wrong to me and i don t know if they need to be in this position.Even if i move them ,it looks weird.
When i import the gr2 i set them like this: x = 0 y = 0 z = 100 and rotation x=0 y=0 and z=270.

Is this good or i am doing something wrong?
