how to get EGY A /B weapons ? and it w'll be upgrade Egy A TO Egy B or what ?

1) How to get Egy items?
2) FGW will be on?
3) Will be any chinese balance or buff?
4) Will be chinese pain buff(dragon scale, immortal victor)?
5) What are the alchemy rates?

As i said its a pure isro system. So EGY A/B weps from FGW
Set from Job NPCs
And all builds are balanced already
CHN buff is ON yes
Alchemy rate is normal not had and not easy aswell cus our max is 12
