Pdo sqlsrv problem php

I have a problem with pdo extension. I followed a lot of tutorial on yt or Google but no results. Why?

I get so much problem too and no one tutorial help me xD At the last i install the last xampp version and all was ok... Now i have just only the problem about the account XD

Umh but i have a vps not xampp.
