Hiring a coder to Bypass HWID limit

Hello guys ,
i was wondering if someone can help me with this ,

i am looking for a private bypass for HWID limit for a specific server

If you are talking about HWID limit as in max. number of clients per HWID or in case of HWID ban, there is a tool called "Hard disk serial number changer"

the only disadvantage is that you have to restart your machine every time you change the HWID.

Then what is the point of changing serial number on every restart? the limit will be same there lawl. isn't that useful for bypassing/cracking hwid limits.
