It exists. It can either be a bot that runs through memory or just a simple pixel scan bot. If you want to make a simplest bot within an hour, i suggest reading about autoit, autohotkey script's pixelscan and pixelsearch function. For the bot to run properly, you can use texture editors to make mobs easier to scan. ex. aibatt that is purely color red, green.
