Change Topic Title

I am trying to change the Title of my Thread, although I don't know how.
Maybe a moderator has to change it on request or I am just dumb :)

This is the topic I'm talking about:

This is how the Title should look like:

Yes, you can only change the topic title up to one hour after you created your topic
after this time, a moderator need to change the title for you

for this just report ,via the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] button, the first post in your topic with something like: "Please rename my topic to: "Have X Want Y"
