Xampp Problem

Hi, my problem is that in my VPS i can connect to my client, the updater charges and patches normaly, but in my pc it doesnt patch and doesnt charge, even i cant enter the host in internet. I think is a firewall problem, but i cannot fix it, i disable the firewall but is the same problem.

Try Working with ISS And Not with Xampp use this guide:

Try using other port (81, 82, etc) in apache, to see if it's a port problem or other thing.
