PC Test Run

Today i was bored and tried to start so many clients till my pc slows down.

till 10 clients everything runned smooth
15 clients .. some delay
20 clients. delay is getting more.
25 clients... alot of delay.. 5~10 secs
28.clients .. thoughed it was enough but i tihnk i can get5 more clients on.

i think if you login in the server it difficult that you can run so many client :P
cuz when you're logged in the client use more ram (i think)

i think i can run 15 clients which are logged in. anyway shall never try it

lol, try to log them all on, it will reduce your 25 clients to 6-7 (that work still ok) or 11-12 (all working good enough only for stalling) but ofc it depends on your hddconfig, these parameters are tested on a 3100+ sempron with 2GB ram, didnt test the "mean machine", the sempron is just the old one... shall i? :D

the only thing what my pc slowed down was mine graphics card :awesome:

i can take 6 clients ingame without lag, tried 7 once but it started to give like 1 sec delay between switching, usually just 3 online though ^^

I stopped because I was bored of open too many SRO's. Also at the client number 48 the alert of "Not enough Virtual Memory" appeared.

My system:

You never logged in to the game, so they are not a valid test.
