This error is from the function FN_BinDateToDateTime in your character database. You need to modify the function to accept decades.

an the server still runs with that error, so you can still run your server you just wont have a working siege/df (automatic that is)

i Already Delete all time df from DB-BACKUP character but stile get thees error

you're going to get that error because its a procedure in the sql deleting the times wont fix crap.
