This method is working fine in the latest version of DayZ, after the hands locking during player action update, which was supposed to fix most of the server crashing methods.
THE METHOD :
What you will need :
1 t-shirt
1 knife
1 rag
__________________________________________________ _________________
How to do :
1. Use the rags
2. Exit Inv and press F3
3. Press "F" one time only to cancel current action
4. Open Inv and press "H" to take the rags back to your Inv
5. Double-Click a t-shirt to take it to hands
6. Cut the t-shirt with a knife
__________________________________________________ __________________
*You have to be fast and cut the t-shirt before the animation finishes and player takes it to hands*
THE DUPE :
You have to be a bit lucky with the timing, so what you only have to do is to put your items inside a tent, barrel, protector case or even first aid kit (as shown in the video below) and wait for a few seconds before crashing the server. (~10 seconds are enough and works for me most of the times)
