i want a bot just making me level up i want it to play in begginer and win and levels up nothing more ..

To get better you should play it for yourself.

i just want to level up it ... is there any easy way that making that?

There is some bots around, but none that is for free I guess. BoL or the lvl 30 bot with licence (idk it's name right now). But what I know is, you could find that in the LoL Exploit Forum somewhere.
