[Release] SRO_CLIENT editor include src

i was searching in my old projects src then i found a old src since 2014 xD it was created to edit modules and client offest project isn't completed yet it just editing sro_client only

so i decide to share src maybe someone find it as useful

I had used it, good options for lazy people.

For which version (vSRO 188, 199, twSRO, jSRO, ...) is this actually? Since most of the offsets are mismatching or misleading their construction to different parameters, while using it on vSRO 188. :o
