Perfectaim is safe and legit.. Pretty much the only one that is guaranteed working and not a scam. Its invite only and only the admin can invite you.

As TallestMexican previously mentioned, the website is legit. I've been a member of PerfectAim for quite some time now and I'm using some of their cheats.
