Happy doesn't work at all

Hi I have big problems with my Happy.
I can't do the 'GM Tool' stuff (chatbans, events, help messages, castle setting etc) but I can start and stop services.
my Happy Tool is somehow broken :/

help, please

TGLOBAL_GSP-dbo-TMANAGER --> put id and psw and if don't work too try with MD5hash
if don't work too, check port, ip regedit.
