Lord Buff/Prize

Hi Guys I have a question about the Lord System

Can I know where can I see the prize of the Lord winner?
the Lord set and the limo.

and also how can I fix the buff/skill of the lord. the lord cant use buff/skill except the colored chat. lord cant teleport other player.
