Inventory Manager

Heyo,

So I bought Ant's inventory manager, but sadly after writing to him regarding few question he either skipped these or just went off so I thought I'll just ask someone here ;o

He said that exp and pen effects are working with his tool, yet they're server sided and don't work when applied to items, so I'm here like wtf? I also asked him whether chaser chance up is working, he said yes, but it doesn't. Anyone mind explaining it a little since he isn't so keen on doing so, eh...
