Need Makro Script for Sin LMB RMB Combo

Hello guys, i need a Makro Script (Notepad ++) for Sin for the LMB RMB Combo,

If we give you without you even trying to use the search function nor trying to basically learn basic scripting, what do we get?

I have temptedly unite to write a script on the fast one i have quite little time there and this hasn't worked because i first cannot have a good look at scripten i would be grateful very much because of this if Thanks could do this so somebody for me ...

Download AutoIt, and read the helpfile.
Then look into ControlSend function.

Edit:
Before, gameguard does not block keystrokes. I am not sure if it still not block now.
