Linux Nemesis

I dunno about how many of you use linux, but theres a program called Nemesis and it can fake packets recieved. If you got this to work couldnt you make a money hack, Item dupes...anything that we cant do becuse of server checks...because using that will fake the server checks...

Works in theory...

I would test it but my comp wont run linux :(

It probably wont work, Im sure that TQ would have covered all of those angles, in theory its a good idea, however Nemesis gives off fake packets that can be read easy.

The item dupe idea is based around item ID's getting faked, Im not sure if Nemesis could cover this, worth a shot I suppose but I wouldnt personally pin to much hope on this..

what do you mean by that?

you choose what the packet is, you type it in in fact...

So you can make an exact duplicate of the server packets. now if the packets were proxied then you could make a conversation (Automate one) and make money...

Also, Item duping is all about the item ID, client sends drop #1541423

sever says #1541423 already exists, remove it.

however, if you block this packet it will say umm, no reply, kill it anyways.

SO...if you send the thing saying drop #12345

and on the "Server" (nemesis) say yeah, thats all good drop it.

should work

meh

I'd say if it isn't to hard it'd be worth a try.

Nemesis can be tricky to setup

Alsoi was thinking about a mitm atack

Im ona network so I could make a program to proxy the packets. so you can edit them and let them keep going. (Server to client packets that is) although I dont think many deveoper tools for windows supports using raw sockets...

TQ is well-known for not covering the angles...
